• Ryan's Lawnmower Service and Repair has to the WORST run operation in the Merrimack Valley. "Ryan" apparently is in the wrong business, obviously hates what he does, and takes it out on (of all people) HIS CUSTOMERS. I took my mower in for simple tuning service and was told it would be ready in about 5 days. I called on the 6th day to inquire status and was rudly told, "I don't know; someone will call you today when it's finished". Take a guess: no one called. So I called back on the 7th day and "Ryan" rudly tells me the same thing + "What do you want me to tell you?" Apparently, "Ryan" wasn't able to understand that I was calling to find out when my mower would be repaired - this guy is a Rock Head - save your money and your self respect and go somewhere that provides courteous, competent customer service.
